It is not a big job, I did mine in a morning. Its nice to have two people for lining things up though.

My dad has a wide front off an 830 that he would sell for $450. Other than the tie rods, it's all there and appears to be very good condition. Axle, spindles, hubs, two wheels and tires. One tire us excellent. The other is usable holding air. Tie rods should be an easy find. Where are you located. I'm in North Central Arkansas.

What model 830 is your dad getting ready to rebuild? If it is a 1962 case-o-matic diesel and is all there I might have some good trading stock or cash if it is a what I have been looking for.
E-mail me

I'll try to get those to you ASAP. I think I've already got pic's of it if can just remember where they are!! Dad told me this morning that he hasn't even taken it off the tractor yet. I thought he had already taken it off. He is going to build a pulling tractor so he's trying to sell some parts. It's not a big job to change over. Probably 4 hours total if you have 2 people.

I have an after-market wide front on my t-830D.
It is not as good as a Case front axle but, better than the narrow front.
I don't the company is in business that built my front end. You should find one in salvage yard.
I thank it would be a big job to change to a Case orginal wide front axle.
