Having problems. Just changed hydraulic fluid in a tractor we just bought & now hydraulics won't work. Is there somewhere we should be purging off air in the lines? How do we go about this? Please help!

You might try putting the left leaver eighter forward or back than trying other leaver. My 830 some on else had an it works for awhile if i do that. Know its not ate way its suppose to be. Left leaver works on eagle hitch ok. Other one(remote only works if i do the above???

Hey Bart: What 830 you got, Comfort King or Eagle Hitch? Did you change the Filter? How well did the Hydraulics work before?

not sure, it's gas. Yes, filter was also changed. Hydraulics worked good before, just time for the fluid change. Now hydraulics don't work at all. What did I not do?

The only thing I can think of is that it's drawing air. Between the Pump & Suction Tube is an "O" Ring. Probably have to pull the Pump & replace that "O" Ring. I assume you filled the HYD. Oil to the Full Mark. The Comfort Kings have a Dip Stick, & the Eagle Hitch Models have a Level Plug.
