I need to change the filter for the case-o-matic in my 800B and the I-T manuel doesn't really tell where it is. Help please where is it, I know its on the left side but theres a lot of left side. Thanks

Correct filter is under temp sensor . Plate may stick but will come out . When you get it out you will need to remove bolt at other end in center an inside you will find edge wound paper filter . Handle it carefully if you dont have anew one . I think John has them

I think I have found it but not sure yet. Ordered a filter for it and will be changeing it tomorrow and hope the place I found is the right place. Sure wish the I-T manual had more info in it plus it says left side and from what I see and have been told its on the right side. Oh well if what I do is wrong I guess I'll be up a creek maybe LOL

Ya I know, I put off putting seals in the Hyds system of an Oliver for a year because I was afriad of the spring thing and when I did go ahead and do it I kicked my self since it was childs play to do. LOL

Trust John Saeli Filter is where he said but has 4 -9/16 bolt heads there

Then I guess its just under where the temp senser goes in to the tranny on the right side under the battery right??

The Filter is housed on the Right Hand Side. A Round Plate with 3 Bolts. On the Center Housing in back of the engine & in front of the Tranny. We stock a Filter Kit here with the Filter, Gasket & "O" ring.

Regardless of what IT says, you can go to the Bank with this: When sitting on the seat, the Filter is on the Right side where I said.

Old, my I&T (only 800 does not cover Case-o-matic) we must roll back to 200Bthru600B approx. half way thru C-201 I&T. and mypersonnel experience w/400 it's under battery box 4 1/2?bolts holding in approx. 2" sq plate.could be covered by sheet metal,never checked out 800. priced filter at St. John last wk. (Spokane) 17.00$. Hope this helps. Wayne ps looking at 411B with dead pump-kicking tires for over 2 yrs. Can't help it,I like Desert Tan.
