I have found a 930 Diesel with square fenders, a 6 speed transmission and hand clutch. {wheatland} It does not have a pto. How hard is it to put one in? Will I have a hard time finding the parts to do the job? Does anyone know what it will cost for the parts? Does it have the chain final drives also? Thanks, Ricky.

I am pretty sure he has to have the PTO from the Chain drive 930. The six speed 930CK is chain drive, and about the only thing on it like the later dual range 930 is the engine. They really should have changed the model number because almost nothing from the engine back is the same.

The good news is the driving shaft and drum are already installed in your tractor. All you need is the clutch, shaft assembly, and control handle. It is a very simple process to add the pto. I purchased unit for a tractor exactly like yours from a salvage yard complete for $325 and converted it in May of this year. I don't know where you are located, but I found the unit at "Elmer's" in MO for $325 plus shipping. You can call him at 785-857-3248. LOL
