adjusting new break parts?

I got the right seals now and im going to assemble the rest of the breaks . how dose one go about setting the three set screws on the outer cover with the bolts going throught them and the peddle rod .Going to start tonight and tommrow . I;d like to take it to a show and dyno it .Thanks mark

jack him up and adjust bolts EVENLY till you feel drag as you turn wheel, than back off little till no drag andlock tom
