If your O7041AB number is correct for your tractor the newer Case number should be A27130 which converts to CR 27368

CR 27370 and national 417316 should also work

The seal you have 28686 is a CR replacement for the outer shaft seal O3873AB (New # A26759) used on later DCs (Serial # 5600000 and after)

I had to take my old seal to the IH dealer to get the right one.

the later tractors had bigger shafts than the earlier ones, sounds like you have seals for later DC's ask for 1950 or earlier tractors tom
