I dont know what the 1030ck book states but mine has the front wrap around weights and only three weights out front. That has always been enough for mine. Tho the rears are 20.4X34 full of fuild and the inside side wheel weights also. Unless it had a very heavy fully mounted implement on the rear it doesnt need all that weight

Well I had 5 waffle weights on the front of my 930CK,, and had a POS Ford 5 bottom plow on the back just to move the thing around our barn yard after gettin the piece of junk,,, an my 930 kept bobbin up an down when I lifted the plow up,,, An I have loaded tires an a set of standared wheel weights on the back two.,,, 5 waffle weights should weigh what 500lbs right?,, well since then Ive added an extra waffle an only use a 4 bottom semi mount plow, an dont have one bit of bobbin.
