It says in the manual to look through a hole to find D/C but I don't know where to look. Please help.

Dan, I assume from the handle you are working on a

580 CK , looking from the front the plug is a hex head

at about 10 oclock . That is the location on the

580 ck that I have apart in the shop now .

It is a 1969 580ck. I'm still having trouble finding it. Is it near the starter? Thanks for your help.

It's in the bellhousing directly above the

starter . If you don't find it , I'll send you a picture.

Found it. It was under the power steering hoses.
