Tool box with IHC stamped in cover

Visiting from the Case Forum. Just going through some stuff of my dad's. Wondering what a tool box of the type that was on mowers and binders is worth? Dimmensions are: L- 12" x W- 5 3/4" x H- 4". Has a couple of holes drilled in the side, but I've managed to straigheten it out so that is is almost perfect in shape. Cover closes good and the insignia (stamped) is in perfect shape. Just wondering if anybody knows anything about these?
