I have a 1210 with a backhoe att. The double acting control valve is blowing fluid out the front when enagaged and when not using the backhoe. When you put the implement to work it works, when you stop, fluid blows out the front of the control valve. Any help? Is this something in the control valve that needs to be rebuilt? For a while the operating lever would not stay engaged. It would click and go back to neutral. Now this. Any help is appreciated.

You can fix your promblen for about $4:00.The end of the valve screws off.Inside there are 3 ball bearings. There is a snap ring, and a washer with a small hole in it.The washer and the snap ring wears after a few years, the snap ring pops out letting the inside plunger blow oil out the front.Any case dealer should have that snap ring, and the washer, and ball bearing.Thats all you need to fix it.Be sure to put new oring in it when you bolt it back down.If you need a breakdown, let me know, and i;ll send it to you.I have the manuals.Thanks.Bobby.

Going to start tearing down tonight.

Joe, by the description, I may have already had that set up and was not using it. I have a large block on the top of my directional control valve, with an inlet and outlet in the back that are connected via a loop now with a quick release valve. Could I send you pictures of what I have for your thoughts? ( without the control valve itself as it is being rebuilt).
