Case #10 mower problem really need some info

On my #10 mower that thin plate that is right up at the sickle head is needing replaced. It split and the sickle slides into it and gets very hot from all the friction. I tore it apart and got that plate out of there. What exactly holds it down??? I dont see rivit heads underneat though it looks like that is what holds it on. Can Case still get this part? Anyone have a part #? I sure need some help on this one. Thanks
