Hi all,

I have recently acquired a 530CK Loader Backhoe.

Here's the info I have:

4-cyl gas
S/N 8241308
Model G530
Loader model 32, #4095234
Backhoe model 33, #4138749

What year is this thing?

BH model 33 I never see listed anywhere - they only seem to go up to 32. What's different on the 33?

Any other info would be appreciated. In another thread, I'm looking for manuals - not sure if the model info will affect that.

Decals - when I decide to start degreasing and repainting, I'd like the decals in my hand before I decide how to procede. Are they available (Construction King model)?

Thanks.

Thanks kindly. Learning lots fast from you folks. I was contacted by a retired Case dealer and am getting the parts manuals from him. I'll be ordering an operators manual.

I'd love feedback from somebody that has a SERVICE manual to know whether it's worth the $90 they want for it. If it's anything like a HAYNES auto manual, I'd say yes - though it's pricey.

The 33 backhoe was used on the 580CK which was after the 530CK. Somebody might have put a later model backhoe on your tractor. The 33 hoe will have a square tubed boom [about 8" square] and the boom and crowd cylinders will be staggered on top of the boom. The 32 hoe has a boom that is rectangular and tapers down to the point where the boom and dipper meet. The boom cylinder is fastened inside the boom. The I+T manual will work for the tractor, but you will probably have to get a Case manual for the backhoe and loader.
