Have a 52 DC. Been using on feedwagon. Has plenty of power but noticed Pto seems to be a bit jumpy with this tractor only. Is this a typical char. or is there a problem? Are there any adjustments that can be made?

Thanks,

Ted has given you good advice on adjusting clutches if you have slippage. Mine doesn't slip but I do notice that the PTO handle bounces around. Doesn't seem to bother anything...

I assume you mean slipping while under load? If that is the case you can adjust the pto through the square cap behind the seat over the hydraulic sump. Remove the plate and then (Very carefully)remove the locking pin and then rotate the adjusting collar one notch at a time (clockwise facing the PTO shaft) until it takes 50 pounds of pressure at the end of the control handle to engage it.
