CRAP - Just blew a hose! Help?

First I'd like to apologize for my inexperience! Ive owned my Case 580C for exactly one week. I just blew a hose on the hoe. I was getting cocky and pushed it a little too hard. I've never changed one and I havent bought a manual yet. Is there anything special I should know?

Do I have to bleed the system once I've changed it? Obviously my fluid will be down..I'll top that up.

Any advice would be appreciated!!

Thanks,

What? You've had it a week and you've only blown ONE hose? Don't be so gentle with it! LOL Congrats!

hey rad, after changing the hose(have a can or something like to catch the fluid in the line. start and idle engine. run all rams their full range (out and back), that should take care of the air.

Thanks Guys! The hose repair was no problem... Cost me $55 bucks..but other that that it was no problem.

I'm building a road to the lake...over some rough ground. Seems really back and top heavy... Anyone ever dumped one of these machines?

Maybe I'm just being a nervous Nelly!

Well you just learn why they come with ROPS kits.
The hydraulics are self bleeding just operate them as ususal and there will be no problem.
