case wheel clamps

We have a 1981 case 1290.It has 5 wheel clamps per wheel with eccentric pins to hold the wheels together.Where might I find such a thing and what is the name for these parts.I think they come in 4 parts,wheel clamp,eccentric pin,snap ring ,block clamp but no body seems to know where to find them.Thanks for any help.
