THANKS!! I live just north of Laura,OH in Miami county, and I bought it from a guy, funny enough, who used to live in Centerville, but moved to Hillsboro.I plan on using it and restoring it.Where do you buy your tires locally?I have a manual on order from T/S.

I am no where near thinking about tires. I found mine in Minnesota (120 miles from where my grandfather bought it). Have many fond memories of driving it as a kid. It was sold on auction almost 40 years ago. I found it and bought it last year. Definitely a non-runner; engine is stuck. It is in my brother's shed until I get a place where I can work on it.

Have you ever been to the tractor pull and show they are having in Grennville this weekend? Do you know where they have it?

Chris,

Tom says it was shipped to Lebanon. Where did you get it and where do you live? Are you going to restore it? I am in Centerville, OH and have one I will restore someday.

The numbers aren't too confusing till the last couple of Flambeau years production. If you number starts with a 4 or 5 you just subtract four from the first two numbers to get the year. The last production numbers had the serial numbers beginning with 8. There were three years involved with the 8. Beginning with 802 was 53, 803 was 54, and 806 was 55. Hope this helps. If not post the number ans someone will help out. DCTom has build cards for a great share of the SC, DC, and LA production except for some in the war years. He can help out like the previous post if you give him the number.

john, that numbering system you have is not really correct, there are some 80 numbers in 1952 and the third number is not allways the year tom

Only going by what the books say and I assume they had access to more records than I have ever seen.
