VAC PTO Bearings

I just got hold of a good 14-tooth PTO drive gear for my Case VAIW. Before I dig in and rebuild the PTO unit, I want to have new bearings and seals on-hand. That way, I can tear the unit apart and replace everything all in one session. Otherwise, I am afraid I may not remember where everything goes.

Can anyone out there tell me what bearings and seals I'll need to do this rebuild right?

Well, I guess that's the best bet. Take a bunch of pics. Then, I can make sure the bearings and seals are the right ones. THANK YOU for the guidance!!

Great thing about these old tractors! I got a bearing a while back for the steering shaft, and it was a stock item.

I put a new seal in mine last fall. I just popped the old one out and went to NAPA. It took 2 seals to stop any leakage due to the pto shaft being worn and rough @ the original seal location.

When in doubt, take a picture of complete unit. Then take apart, lay out in order, and take another picture.
