just had an old friend pass a few mo. ago he and i both like cases. he owed me a little money {300.00} and i said to forget it,but his widow said i could have his 530 for the debt, i told her no the tractor was worth a lot more. and i knew a bunch of guys who where very smart and honest [you case guys]. its a 530 diesel trycle, triple range and live power, the paint is average and tires average what is a fair price to here. thanks ted.

Tim makes a good point. You could list on Ebay and bid on it. She could give you a $300 credit if you won.

I've been looking for a reasonably priced 430 or 530. If they are in good shape, $2500 is about where they go.

Hello, I'd have to say a fair price could only be reached after studying the condition of the tractor. Surely it is worth considerably more than 300,may be worth 3000.Condition of the tractor has everything to do with it,notwithstanding how badly someone may want that particular tractor.Ebay may be your best/fairest solution. Good luck, either way.

With a triple range transmission, it would be a early 60's tractor. Anywhere from $1000 to $2500. I have seen later ones listed for up to $5000.
