I had the hydraulic hose connection/swivel with the restricter valve in it for lowering the three point break recently on my SC. Does anybody know if this is available with a new part number ? The local dealer has had no luck with the old #.

According to the post below: Case has them. Part number A30872. They cost $64.01 each.

The one with the lowering speed valve built into the fitting is not available from Case. You can use one of the other fittings, (like the fitting that connects the pump to the raise hose). It will not control your lowering speed.
