I'm just beginning to work on the DC I bought a couple of months ago,I noticed that the worst oil leak is behind the disc brakes. Is this a pretty straight forward job to replace the seals(I assume there are seals)behind these brakes? Thanks,John.

not that big of a job, just make sure you get the right seal as the late modle tractors used a bigger shaft, if it is a single disk it is smaller than a double disk tom

The brake boots are still availiable from Case-IH for the late models '52-'54 SC and DC. I just got two sets about a year ago. I think the others are still availiable too.
