Any suggestions on where to locate exhaust manifold for '50 VAC. The one that came on my tractor has more holes than the last sheet of expanded metal I bought. Repro would be ok.

I've welded it and it works, as in I cannot see or fill any leaks.
Check the link to see results.

I have some Case V series manifolds. Don't know what they fit. If you can email a picture of yours, I will go through the pile of them, and let you know.

I haven't heard of anyone making reproduction ones, yet. Have you tried posting in the classifieds on this site?

I've always used a brass rod and a torch to repair cast iron. Some people use a cast iron welding rod with a torch. There should be a lot of these used manifolds lying around because there were a lot of VAC's made. I know of some used parts suppliers that might have one if the welding job doesn't work out ([email protected]).
