Got a Case tractor. The tractor has 430 Decals on the hood. The Serial plate says it is a Model 441 serial number 8191596. Any idea on the decals saying 430 and the plate saying 441??? Also what year might it be. Thanks, Dave!

And your tractor's engine is a spark ignition. If it was diesel (compression ign) the model would be 431. The last digit was supposed to tell the style, row crop, standard, utility, etc. Not sure how well that was followed. Some one else here will probably be able to shed more light on that.

The 441 designated the version of the 430, IE-wide front, utility, narrow front, gas, diesel, etc.. Don't have the book handy right now so can't give you the various model designations.
