Ok, I came across a Case 444 with 52" front blade, back blade, 48" mower and 46" tiller. I don"t know the year or have the serial number. The asking price is $2500. What do you think?

Sounds a little steep. These were made in early 70's. Problems: the hydrostatic drive didn't hold the tractor back when using the tiller. There was a hydraulic creeper control that could be put on that helped this. Attachment clutch wears and needs an overhaul every so often. Some other makes like (excuse me) Allis had electric clutches that were much superior.

Unless it's absolute perfect condition I would say it's a little high priced. If it's nice I would say up to $2000.00. Give it a complete test drive. Run it in both High and Low. Run it on a hill and make sure reverse works too. Check out the attachment clutch.
