From the Owner's Manual:
dual front wheels with 11-38 rears: 5180
dual front wheels with 12-38 rears: 5251
Adjustable front axle 11-38 rears: 5042
Adjustable front axle 12-38 rears: 5113
Single front wheel with 11-38 rears: 4922
Single front wheel with 12-38 rears: 4993

Some parts are still available from the Case dealers. I put in new valves, springs, rings, and rebabbited rods this summer, all available through my local machine shop. I have been lucky and only had to go to the tractor salvage yards once for a casting that cracked.
