The Nebraska Tractor Test conducted on a Case 400, which Case listed as a Model 411 (Gasoline) indicates that this Tractor with 4 Cylinders, 251 Cubic Inches, developed 53.25 hp at 1500 rpm maximum belt or PTO HP . I am sure that someone on this site will provide you with the drawbar horsepower.

Thanks alot! I must be getting senile I couldnt for the life of me remember that nebraske test thing.I have a 41 SC I'm working on but just for riding around and need something to work with.I found a 400 gas close to my farm with 3 point and all that looks pretty good .I really want a dc but maybe thats not practicle

You are not getting senile, trust me. The older we get the more knowledge we have to pack in a very small space. It just takes us a little more time to retreve it!
