The filler on the 1070 we had wasn't the breather.

If you are changing the oil make sure you drain all the chambers of the transmission. There are 3 or 4 drain plugs if I remember right.

I can get my Case 1175 to run for about 10 minutes after changing the fuel filters, draining the lines, priming the filters &lines, etc. It runs very well until it looks like the fuel from the filters and lines are used. I suspect that the tank has sludge inside. 1. What is the best way to clean the tank without taking it off?
2. Does the tank have filters inside?
3. If so, how do you replace them?
4. Are there any other problems I might be overlooking?

your fuel tank has a pencil shaped filter in the tank . clean it by taking line off jnder tank an turning shut off valve out of tank. filter should fall out. after cleaning you should have a full stream offuel at transfer pump (disconect to check)

Hey Charles: It should flow right in as fast as you can pour. You must have a plugged vent. I had an 1175 that didn't even have a vent. I put one in.
