I have a friend that wants to trade his tractor for my flatbed trailer. It's a 1969 830 Comfort King Draft-o-matic / case-o-matic with a diesel engine. Also has a Farmhand F21 loader with 2 different buckets, an 8' with grapple forks and a smaller one for dirt work, plus hay forks. The tires are near new and every thing works but the lights. The metal is good / paint faded. He's had it since new but has several newer tractors he uses for farming. Any idea what it's worth. I don't know anything about Case tractors.

BMW - Opinions without seeing the tractor or your trailer are somewhat dangerous. Here in central Iowa, if you can fine a good 830CK diesel, they go for $3000 plus. I have been looking for one for some time.I either fine junk or they have been restored and want $4000 to $5500. I do know if you are buying they are high, if your selling they are low. We had a 830 diesel on the farm and it was a very good dependable tractor. I don't know were you live, but if you get the tractor, I would be interested in discussing the purchase of it.

The guy is going to let me use it for a month, so I should know what kind of shape it'a really in by then, but i'm pretty sure I'll make the trade.

Familiar with the town of Coulter? I have a '67 830CK with c-o-m up here. If you ever get to this neck of the woods and want to look at it, let me know. My e-mail should be open.
