I use it to move some snow in the winter and cut grass in the winter.

Great looking 830!
The 830 CK is one of my favorite tractors. We had one years ago, it was a little different than yours, ours had fixed rear wheels and steel front wheels. Ours was gas also, it had a ton of power, we used to use it on the 2 row Fox chopper in silage corn, she would take everything you could throw at it, but wow, she really liked her gas!

Thanks for the comments. The seat is original but I do have some black tape around the left arm rest. I got the tractor two years ago and it was shedded but had a bit of surface rust on it. I sanded and primed it, then painted it by hand as my sprayer didn't work too good. The tin (desert sunset) fish eyed when I rolled it on. I don't know if it reacted with the primer or what....I don't do a lot of restoration; I just wanted it to look a little better. My note should have said "cutting grass in summer". I live just south of Windsor, Ontario so in winter we do get some snow and especially this year. Last night we had 4 more inches and its very pretty outside.

Where did you get your seat and /or cushions? I need a seat for my 830 CK.

I got a replacement for my 930 ck. I called the place, one of the well known ones like speer and talked to someone in person. They do not list the 930 b/c they are discontinued, however you can get an international bottom and another brand arm rests and it really makes a nice seat. I can't remember exactly how it was but you need to talk to someone in person and ask about making something work. I think there is a couple of options.

Very nice CK. Did you just finish restoration or have you taken that good care of it?
