Hi fellas, I finaly got the time to unload my new Case off of the trailer, charged the battery all night and she fired right up, the temp was 23 degrees out, oil pressure came up to 35 # and I backed her off the trailer, no breaks or power steering, the temp came up rather quick, so I am blowing the dirt and weeds out of the radiator. The questions I have are where does the power steering get it's hydrolic assistance from? I have a pump on my Massey, but I do not see one on this tractor, The top bearing is out on the steering collom but I cant imagint that being a difficult repair, also I am assuming that the breaks can be adjusted, will have to investigate that, they must be under the covers on each side of the tractor under the fenders. An other question does the case have a problem keeping the front wheels on the ground when pulling? I am just guessing the steel frame mounted on the front was for weights, I had to remove that just looked to bad.
Thanks Clifford.

Your tractor should have a resevoir on the left side above the generator. There should be two hoses from it to the steering mechanism over the front wheels. The pump is built into it. You shouldn't have to add weight unless you a pulling something really heavy on the eagle hitch. The brakes should be easily serviced. That is a great tractor. Enjoy it!
