Tell Santa you want a late present! They are on their way! New, exact reproductions of the original Case "clamshell" fender. They fit all Case SC,DC,400,700,800,730,830 tractors from 1949 through 1964. The die to make them weighs more than 3000# and was cast from an original fender. The Fenders come complete with the rolled rod edge and base plate. They are painted and ready to bolt on. Both John Salei and Don Rudolph will have supplies available by mid to late January at less than $400 per pair.

No Chi-com here. Made by an Ameican Vietnam Vet working overseas, not Vietnam, with help of orphan's recently graduated from "Sheet Metal Trade School".

How are those different from what the older tractors had? (I have a '44 SC).

Howdy Les!

(I stole this from one of my old posts)

There are three types of "SC" fenders that I'm aware of. The serial number breaks for the change between types is listed below (taken from my Case parts book)-

Fender #1870AA- Prior to Tractor No. 4600000.
This was the early "deep" shell fender.

Fender #2918AA- Tractor No. 4600000 to Tractor No. 5409579. This was the welded two-rib "clamshell" fender.

Fender #3831AA- Tractor No. 5409579 and after. This was the later stamped rib fender. (Like Camboted has reproduced)

Hope this helps,

Does anyone make reproduction fenders for the "D" series tractors? I don"t know the correct name for them, but they are different from the clamshell style.

HEY they are nice looking fenders, painted and everything,a coat of primer might be as good so you could be sure the paint gelled, lightly sand and give them another coat if your flambeau doesn't look quite the same. And John I haven't had a problem with doing business with your brother Salei. Roger
