I have a 1967 580 CK with a 188D. I am restoring it and need some help with getting some parts. I am looking for a crank shaft as mine is cracked. is there a place to get any used motor parts, or is new my only option?

what is the tractor serial number as well as your engine serial number?
it is my understanding that the blocks corrode out in some of these units and that replacement blocks are getting harder and harder to find, hence you may find a corroded block that is not useable except for parts like your crank. I ask about ther serial numbers as it will tell more people about what you have and I am trying to identify the year of a unit I am looking at. your serial number will help. How do you know the year? good luck johnnyd

you might check the hoe model number again. My guess is it is a model 33?

I double checked and it is a 34. The ser# might not be correct in the last two numbers as it was hard to read.
