Friend has a late 80's with a cab and MFD. The cab is low so its nice to get under lower barns and sheds. Engine and trans works fine no problems there.

Complant would be its rather noisy in the cab for a newer tractor like that. Also it rides VERY rough in the field!! We tried it for baling and it handled the sq. baler but jerked you around quite a bit. The dry clutch on them is marginal so if its done lots of loader work may be a concern. Lastly I found it rather a pain to service especailly with the loader on. It was pretty much impossible you had to take the loader off.

As far as I know they are a very durable tractor. I used to sell them and my neighbors have one which they totally abuse and it keeps on going(most of their other tractors are larger 4 wheel drives). The 885 is an International 884 with a different grill, probably made in the old International Doncaster plant in England, which is now the McCormick manufacturing plant.
