Looking at buying a 1941 SC. Rebuilt and reconditioned. Excellent condition. Anybody that might know the value of this tractor?

Be sure it has the right fenders with it...they will cost you at least $100 each if you can find them. In 1940, the lights were mounted on the fenders, I don,t know about 1941. New rubber would cost about $800-1000. I bought a very beat-up 1951 SC with no fenders, missing the lift bail & cylinder. and no paint, but lots of interesting dents! I feel taken. Does the job of towing wood, water and letting city folks have fun. I knew of a 1943 with everything stock, painted but bad decals and he wanted $900. Good luck.

I think the value depends upon where you are located. The larger gasoline tractors don't bring as much here in WV as they do out West. I saw an SC for sale recently for $750. It appeared to be in pretty good condition. Tires had about half the tread remaining and it needed paint.

One thing to look at is the tires. If they are in good shape you could be asked to pay around $2,000.
