I'am having a hard time finding new parts to rebuild my dc. Is there something I can bore the old sleeves to and get a different make and model of piston to fit.

See the post above regarding "DC Sleeves". If you are going to have the sleeves bored to 4.25", leave them in the block undisturbed, it is easier to do that way.

I'm thinking DCPuller has 4.25" pistons in one of his tractors. It may be the tractor though that he had the block itself bored to get them into it? 4-1/16" may be the largest you can bore the sleeves out to without tampering with the block?

C.Amick, I've got 4 5/8 pistons in my 42 DC. To my knowledge 4 1/16 are the biggest stock over bore for the DC. DCPULLER
