can anyone give me any information about this tractor?? horsepower etc. have had it on my place for a couple of years and use it to mow. now the guy wants to sell it to me. Nice shape and runs good. How many bottom plow will it pull? it is a 56 I think., the serial number is 6055313. What would this be worth in northwest ohio? good tires and working 3 point, no side covers and lights do not work nor does the tach. Thanks, am new to this forum.

I gave $1,600 for my round nose 311 with side panels. It had slick rear tires, no lights, a broken grill, bad brakes, a bad rod bearing, and the instrument group had been replaced with individual gauges. I live in WV.

I bought a round nose 311 about same year at a farm auction in western Nebraska. It has a du-al 100 loader. Runs good, good tin work but needed rear tires. I gave $3450 for it. These little tractors are in strong demand in this area. Ken

These are good little tractors. I have had one for several years and have not had any big problems. Parts can be a little had to find at times. You don't see them for sale very often so I would have to guess in the $2000 to $3500 range depending on the condition.

If its a 56 it should be the round nose version. Not sure but the 311 may be the utility versio, IE-low profile with wide front. The narrow front with the 34" tires was 34.6 hp. We pulled 3 14's with ours in the hills and heavier soil. Fluid in the rears plus 75 lb weight on each wheel plus a weight on the front. Side panels are available, lights can be fixed and maybe the tach cable is bad. Good tractor and easy one to restore.
