I have access to a complete running A201G gas engine out of a combine. What series tractor if any does this motor fit and what is it worth? Includes bell housing and radiator.

Jerry

Hey Jerry: It's worth quite a bit. Will not fit any tractor without some modification to the tractor because the 201 block is about 2" longer than the blocks used in the tractors. They have been successfully installed.

John

The guy wants probably $400 for the whole works and it appears to be a very low hour engine.

I was thinking of shoehorning it into my VA loader tractor which is weak in the engine department and could use more hp anyway. I am not worried about the length and it seems to want to fit into a VA. I think I would have to spend at least that much to overhaul my engine.

Thanks Jerry

JOHN; I THINK THEY ARE THE SAME AS THE I88 ENGINE AND WILL FIT ANY TRACTOR THAT HAS THAT WITH NO MODIFICATION TOM
