Did the pressure test like you said to Elmer and the max was 350 psi. Pulled the pto housing and turned the pump by hand, noticed some oil leaking from around the pressure outlet nozzle, pulled pump and the o-ring was blown. Replaced the o-ring and looked inside the pump at the gears and they looked like new. Put everything back together and the three point is lifting at an idle like you said it would. Amazing how a 39 cent part could cause so much trouble, but better than replacing pump. Thanks again for your help Elmer.
