I am looking for information about a 1950s era pull-type Case combine used for grain harvesting. The combine was powered by a PTO, with an "overslip clutch" on the combine's PTO shaft.

I would be very interested in hearing from anyone with experience with the overslip clutchs on this type of equipment, or any information regarding potential model numbers for this equipment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You need an over running clutch on pto driven equipment, especially if the tractor did not have live power. If you did not, the momentum of the implement would push you across the field when you put the tractor clutch in.
