I'm buildind a new puller and it's an 870 which I'm putting a 504 in - is my gas motor worth anything, it has 2700 original hrs. on it

Well you guys can make me an offer cuz thats why I asked - I don't know what it's worth. I won't be taking the motor out till spring though.

If you don't have a clue what it's worth, then how in the heck will you know if you'll take somebody's offer? Your response doesn't make sense. Fact is you want to play cards with somebody but you want their cards face out. C'mon, we're not sellin' the Brooklyn Bridge here. Put a price on it and be done with it. By the way, if I offered you say $300, would you come back with a price or just say "no"? See, once again you set all the rules. There is a string of posts on the Tractor Talk section right now about this very thing. Quit playing Silly Billy and put a price on it or haul it to the scrap yard.

Well Cougar - what i have to say to you stickin your nose in my business is why be a D!CK. I gotta pretty good idea what its worth but I did'nt put it on here to sell it, I wanted to know what it was worth so once again DONT BE A D!CK

Well, you're probably right, I am being a bit of a Dick (even though that's not my name). Somehow I remember you responding here and saying "make me an offer" which would almost make me think you'd sell it. And if you've got a pretty good idea of what it's worth, then put a price on it which is exactly my point. One other thing, once you make a post on a discussion forum you've got to be open to others comments since it does become their business once the post is made. That's how the game is played I believe.
