Can someone tell me which way the steps go on the Eagle hitch arms? Does the step cover the latch area or does it go forward? Thanks, Glenn F.

There should be a 5/16 threaded hole just forward of the eagle hitch latch. That is where the step fastens. The step doesn't cover any of the latch.

I was at a tractor show this weekend. The steps can be mounted diferently. There is a right and left step. I have mine mounted so the step part goes toward the front of the tractor. The one at the show was mounted so it went rearward from the bolt which resulted in the latch being partially covered. The problem would be solved if I knew the part number for the right and the left step.
