Does anyone know the difference between the eagle hitch and the swinging arms style on a case 300 series. I have the eagle hitch and it is agravating to hook up to something because it will not go low enough to the ground, and I cant swing the arms out because they do not go out. I am thinking about putting swinging arms on it can I do this? Also what kind or size should I say of disk or mower can I hook up to the eagle hitch?

The biggest problem I have is that the eagle hitch lift arms are too close together for some implements. I have found it easier to flip the implement pin around the other direction, so that the pins on the implement are closer. I have a homemade hay bale carrier that has a rod all the way across that I snap both lift arms to, it's much easier hooked up than a 3-point hitch type. You will like the Eagle Hitch, once you get used to it.

i always figgered that eagle hitch was 100% easier to us then them banging ball hitches.iffen you hook one claw you can usally ease her back and forth till the other connects. them loose jointed swingin hitches are way more work than they are worth. PS iffen you change em ill buy the eagle arms offen ya...

Hey caserup: The Eagle Hitch is far superior to the swinging arms. Who wants that ol'e slop hitch anyway, slopping from side to side. The Eagle-Hitch was designed to hook up to the implement from the tractor seat. Got any old literature around you can see how it's done?
