How do I remove the Bosch injection pump on my DB 1210? I loosened the 3 bolt flange under the pump and two bolts from the four bolt flange under the pump - 2 of them cannot be removed due to very thight space. I then removed the nut and the lockwasher which holds the sprocket in place on the opposite side under the small circular crankshaft plate. I then tried to remove the sprocket by using an 8 mm thick circular plate with a 12 mm bolt in the middle and two 10 mm bolts opposite to each other and attached to two of the circular holes in the sprocket. The only thing that happened, however, was that the 8 mm thick plate was bent approx. 10 mm and I did not want to apply more force! There is a groove visible on the sprocket axle which apparently is fixed in position by a small key so obviously it should be possible to pull out the sprocket. Any ideas?
