A friend just gave me a VAC 14 to keep my Case 730 company , but I need parts. The exhaust manifold is history, and I can't locate a replacement. Tried MFT, left a message, but no response) I need a hood prop rod, as well as the latching mechanism, and the grease seals are shot after 50+ years. Are replacements available ? Also could use tie rod ends. Maybe JC Marleau or Don L. has something to help?
Thanks, as always for the great group.

Mark:

I got a VAC this spring and have gotten most seals I need from Case. If you need part numbers let me know. There is a full engine gasket set offered routinely on Ebay for about $68...much cheaper than from Case

Well, I have 3 of them, and the short screw-in tie rod ends are still avalible, along with any seal or gasket you'll need. As far as the prop rod, mine came with a piece of oak about 30" long. I'd say that Don L. is going to be your best bet for a manifold, and even if you find one with the elbow broken off, you can still get a new one of those too.
