I recently got my model c back together, and running. Although it seems to take a lot of gas.
I put about 2 gallons into the small partition of the tank, and started it up. I ran it for about 30 to 45 minutes, while making adjustments to the carb.
then it stopped running, I was out of gas. this seems like an excessive amount of gas usage to me.
Does anyone out there have an opinion on this??
Thank You

Sounds to me like the partition between the two tanks has a leak, and the fuel is running into the main tank. I know my 36 C will run a long time on just a little gas.

Did you check your main tank to see it the selector valve is leaking and letting fuel go the main tank?.. Gene
