I have a case 600 bulldozer that heats up after using it for a short time.I put a new radiator and thermostat on it,fan belt is good and tight, takes no extra antifreeze when it starts to heat. Can someone help me as to what to look for? When I take the cap loose I do not notice any water ciculation,is this normal? Thanks for any help,Dave A

Dave, There is a possibility that the impellar either broke or is loose on the pump shaft. Also
the inner liner of the lower rad hose can come loose and shut off the water flow , and there is the chance that there is a crack in the head that
only leaks with compression or when hot, but that
should make bubbles.

There is a case terratrac group on yahoo

link, poke here

I have seen the impeller slip on the waterpump shaft, broken impeller and a air lock in the engine.
