Hey, I've been told that the selector valve for the power steering on every Case SP combine from the 120-150-800-1000-600-900-660-960-1010-1060 etc. is the same as off a Case 900 tractor. Anybody got one back in the "Junk line"?? I'd be interested in buying some parts. I'll release the email.

You lost me on what you want. But I have a combine with the pictured unit. Was running fine when I parked it. Has 830 gas engine. NE Colorado.

Coloken, email me. Just tap on to my name. I'd like to purchase the two items pictured.

Coloken, if you have an 800 combine, serial # 8160526 to 8160600, according to the parts book you have 1 of 75 that had the 830 engine. I don't know if that would be considered rare or not.

Guess so. Know it is the 830 cause I measured the pistons when I had it apart. Guess it wouldn't matter if you had a purple cow if no one wanted a purple cow.

DKase & Old Chief. Hold on! I'm sorry to have mislead you. It was the machines up to and including the 1000, 800, 150, &120. From 1954 to 1962. Here is the picture:

I believe someone is pulling your leg! I have taken the power steering parts off 960 combines and used them on other machines. They are nothing at all like the power assist on the standard tractors. They are a hydrostatic unit that has no mechanical link from the steering wheel to the steering axle.
