Boy, I haven't been on the Case form since I sold my DC and SC.
But I got a new Case. I traded an old beat up truck for it. It is a Case 410. I'm wondering about this tractor-I cant seem to find any info on it. Plus I have no sheet metal. This tractor seems like an industrial model. Its got the eagle hitch on it, power steering, and I think 8 speed transmission or something. It turns over, but the heads are cracked and need replacing.

I was wondering if anyone had info on it.

Thanks,
ThatOtherGuy

Need a little more info. Is the serial number available? The model 410 was manufactured in Racine in 1955, 56, 57. The 410-B was made in 1958 and 59. Both were gas versions and not industrial. If you mount from the back its the 55-57 version from Racine. If you mount from the side its the B version from Rock Island.

Serial number is 8062591. And you do get on it from the back. How hard will you think parts will be? Are there other tractors with interchangable parts?

Thanks,

According to the serial number it is a 1955 model with gas engine.

Parts should be available either through salvage yards or possibly thru a true Case dealer, not an old International dealer. Post a message and ask about yards in the part of the country you are from. In our area Don Livingston is a great source and also Worthington Tractor.
