830's are timed at 29 degrees BTC. Rotate the crank until the marker sits on top of the 29 degree mark and remove the plug at the front of the injection pump. There should be two marks showing in the hole. If not, rotate the crank one full revolution and the second one will show up. If the marks are not aligned, loosen the 4 pump mounting bolts and move the pump until they are aligned. Tighten the bolts and you're good to go.
