When I drive my 580 ck down the road I have to keep turning the steering wheel to the left to keep the tractor going straight. It doesn't wander I just have to keep turning the wheel to keep it straight. Is it the vlave or a cylinder?

emil,
Check your steering cylinders for leakage. My 580D had the same problem, I rebuilt the steering cylinders and now it tracks straight down the road. Only the left cylinder was weeping a little fluid, but I figured at I might as well do both cylinders while I was there. Good luck!

This is normal. The steering is 100% hydralic and the way the steering wheel controls the cylinders that move the tie rods is to have a small amount fluid moving though the control from the pump all the time. If it didn't the control would be jerky like a skid steer or a bulldozer.
