Alright guys, heres a question I hope someone has a good answer for. Is there any other six bolt front hubs that will go in place of the cast monsters on a DC without remachining the spindles, you know, just one of those directe replacement! LOL Someone told me at one time they thought hubs off a 700 Case might work, but were not sure.

Front hubs off a 1030 case work.

use everything for the 1030, the spindles are the same. I have a set on mine right now. I just took a set off of a 1030 and put them on a DC, easy fit. took an hour.

wide front hubs are lighter and take pressed steel wheels I have found that sc and some dc wide adj hubs have the same nimber but use different bearings between the differnt tractors some dcs i have use a heavy caST wheel with demountable rim Be careful not to get the frontend too light as my wide adj front with pressed steel wheels will raise the front very easily
